The UniVal ValRemote Spindle Wedge opens up a new dimension in safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. We integrate a radio remote control into our proven impact wrenches. This remote control is active when a felling wedge is connected. This allows the impact wrench to be used for additional work, such as planting trees using the DrillFast or in the workshop. The advantage over competitive radio-controlled wedges is that you can use the drive unit on any number of felling wedges. The machine can be moved to the next felling wedge in just a few simple steps. This feature offers a practical advantage. Each felling wedge has a defined lifting height, and if this is not sufficient to bring down the tree, the user must support the tree and rotate the radio-controlled wedge back on the trunk. With our concept, the machine can be easily detached from the felling wedge and attached to a second felling wedge. This means the user never works below the treetop while the trunk is moving.
